Thiago Melo

Thiago Melo is a PPM Analyst at Ambev since January 2019, responsible for industrial cost analysis and control to support decision-making with periodic information on overhead management, inventory control, and performance indicators. Responsibilities include implementing daily cost tracking reports, analyzing financial result variations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, conducting inventory audits, and managing asset security and operational licenses. Previously, Thiago served as a PPM Intern at Ambev, assisting in the management of fixed and variable costs and operational risks. Thiago also held the position of Director of Communication for the UFPE Finance - Liga de Mercado Financeiro, where responsibilities included stakeholder communication and content creation. As an Associate, contributed to the reestablishment of the finance league at UFPE. Thiago began a scientific research career as a PIBIC scholarship student at CNPq, focusing on Operations Research. Thiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and a specialization in Agile Project Management from CESAR School.
