Michael Danielczuk has extensive work experience in the field of robotics and electrical engineering. Michael is currently employed as a Robotics Research Scientist at Ambi Robotics since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a PHD Candidate at UC Berkeley Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from August 2017 to May 2022. Michael also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at NVIDIA's Seattle Robotics Lab from June 2020 to November 2020, where they developed a collision-checking model for robotic grasp and placement tasks. Before that, they served as the Head of Electrical Engineering at VirtualApt Corp from July 2016 to October 2017, working on software and hardware development for an autonomous rover. In addition, they have also held Summer Internship positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in 2015, Nufern in 2014, and Northeast Utilities in 2013.
Michael Danielczuk completed their high school education at The Loomis Chaffee School from 2008 to 2012. Michael then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Electrical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Michael is enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering since 2017, with an expected completion date in 2022.
