Gene Castagna

Gene Castagna is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive experience in scaling companies profitably. Currently serving as President of Castagna Advisory LLC since 2019, they provide strategic advice to both private equity and public companies. Previously, Gene held various leadership roles at Bed Bath & Beyond from 1994 to 2006, culminating in their position as President and Chief Operating Officer, where they drove significant transformations and growth. Gene also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Ambient and held early roles at Torry Harris Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co. They earned a BS in Accounting from Wake Forest University in 1987.
