Andre Belanger

Andre Belanger has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Andre started their career as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Unisys in 1994, where they performed failure analysis of CMOS VLSI circuits. Andre then joined Cadence Design Systems as an Associate Engineer, specializing in fault isolation and yield improvement using various testing and microscopic techniques. In 1998, they transitioned to SC Cubed as a Field Applications Engineer, providing technical sales support, product training, and troubleshooting services to customers.

In 2011, Andre joined Renesas as a Field Applications Engineer, covering the Southwest USA region. At Renesas, they utilized their extensive knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and application-specific ICs to support customer projects and promote sales opportunities. After a year, they moved to Ozmo Devices in 2012 as a Senior Field Applications Engineer, leading the development of WiFi peripheral connectivity solutions.

Andre further expanded their expertise in the semiconductor industry by joining Atmel in 2013 as a Staff Field Marketing Engineer. Andre managed technical marketing and customer interface for Atmel wireless products, focusing on IoT solutions such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE. In 2015, they joined Ambiq as a Senior Manager of Field Applications Engineering before being promoted to the role of Director of Global Field Application Engineering in December 2020.

Throughout their career, Andre has demonstrated strong technical proficiency, customer-oriented approach, and expertise in various semiconductor technologies. Andre'sexperience encompasses technical sales, product development, troubleshooting, and training across different companies in the industry.

Andre Belanger completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego from 1990 to 1994.
