Prior to this, Paul held the position of EVP Worldwide Sales & Marketing at ON Semiconductor from 2012 to 2021, where they successfully grew revenues from $2.6B to $6B and led a worldwide Sales & Marketing team of 2,000 employees. Paul also supported multiple acquisitions and spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives resulting in significant improvements. Before that, they worked as the Snr. Vice President Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Integrated Device Technology Inc from 2010 to 2012, driving revenue growth and maintaining SG&A. Paul also gained valuable experience at International Rectifier, where they served as Snr. Vice President - Worldwide Sales and successfully stabilized and transitioned the $1B division during a leadership crisis. Paul has a strong track record of restructuring organizations, establishing strategic plans, and implementing innovative tools and processes. Before joining International Rectifier, Paul held various leadership roles at Compaq, where they focused on reengineering and SAP implementation.
