I don’t share this for sympathy,
I share it because too many of us carry heavy stories in silence.

I grew up in a home where the air changed with a slammed door.

Where you learned to sense tension before you could name it.

Long before psychology gave me the language, my nervous system learned to read people, the quiet ones, the overwhelmed ones, the ones holding it all together with tired hands and a brave face.

That instinct shaped my life.
As a mother of five.
As an HR leader.
As someone who has walked through trauma, rebuilt, and chosen to lead differently.

Today, it shapes my mission.

I help schools, families and workplaces build emotionally safer, calmer and more connected environments — especially for the neurodivergent, the sensitive, the misunderstood and the chronically overwhelmed.

I’m the Founder of AmbiSense® and the creator of the SENSE® Framework — a practical, psychology-led model designed to reduce burnout, strengthen communication, and help people feel seen, heard and supported.

My work sits at the intersection of:

I don’t believe in perfection.
I believe in progress.

And in environments — homes, schools, workplaces — where people don’t have to mask or minimise themselves just to get through the day.
