Kunal Kishore

Kunal Kishore is a Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Ambit Private Limited since May 2021, specializing in M&A and private equity advisory within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Notable achievements include advising Waaree Energies on a significant acquisition of Enel Green Power India’s assets for approximately USD 100 million in January 2025 and securing USD 83 million in fundraising from Daiwa Securities Group in March 2024 to bolster Ambit's NBFC platform focused on MSME lending.
