David Gallardo

David Gallardo is an experienced IT professional with a focus on ITSM solutions and system operations. Since April 2015, David has worked at Ambit BST, providing multi-client support and managing incidents as an L2 technician. David's roles have included working as an APM for Sanofi in both Madrid and Barcelona, overseeing backup management and system administration. Prior to joining Ambit BST, David worked in various IT and administrative roles, including positions at the Asociación de Ambientólogos de Madrid and ConectaLAB. David holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from Rey Juan Carlos University and a Technical Degree in Network Systems Administration from CEPAL.
