Andrew McElroy has a decade of experience in the technology industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Web Developer at Mac Daddy Tech, where they managed a small group of hardware, software, and graphic designers. In 2007, they worked as a Tech Support for American HomePatient/AppleOne. The following year, they became a Web Developer/Designer at M Lee Smith Publishers. In 2008, they became the Treasurer & Technical Director of Pet ResQ 911. In 2012, they founded Codex Labs, where they served as CEO & TCI (Titanium Certified Instructor). In 2016, they worked as a Mobile Developer at SHOCKOE.COM | Enterprise Mobile Solutions. In 2017, they became a Sr Software Engineer at Scientific Analytics, Inc. Finally, in 2018, they began working as a Sr. Software Engineer at Punchh, where they architected and lead development of the company's Wifi External Captive Portal. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of AMERICAN BINARY.

Andrew McElroy attended Volunteer State Community College from 2003 to 2004, studying MIS. Andrew then attended Tennessee Technological University from 2004 to 2006, studying Computer Science with a Scientific Computing emphasis. In 2012, they obtained a Titanium Certified Instructor certification from Axway Appcelerator and a FCC Amateur Radio License - General Class certification from the Federal Communications Commission.
