Sonja Buyle

Sonja Buyle is an experienced Senior Medical Director and Certified Neurologist, currently serving as a Mentor at Ambits and a Clinical Neurologist at EIORL since 2025. With over two decades of leadership in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors across Europe, Sonja has excelled in building multidisciplinary teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. They held several senior roles at Gilead Sciences and UCB, focusing on areas such as CNS, new product commercialization, and late-stage development in neurology. Sonja obtained an MD in Neurology from the University of Antwerp.
