Tom Giglia

Tom Giglia has extensive experience in sales and operations within the induction heating industry, serving as Director of Global Sales at Ambrell Induction Heating Solutions since May 1997, where responsibilities include managing global sales functions and overseeing a distributor network. Previous roles at Ambrell include Director of Global Services, Interim CEO, and various operational leadership positions. Prior to Ambrell, Tom Giglia held managerial positions at ABB, focusing on business improvement operations, and at ENI, a division of Emerson Electric, in manufacturing engineering and operations management. Tom Giglia holds an MBA with a minor in Finance and Manufacturing Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
