Stuart Lutzker

Stuart Lutzker, M.D., Ph.D., is a widely known oncology physician and researcher who served as VP of gRED oncology early clinical development at Genentech for more than 17 years. Prior to Genentech, Dr. Lutzker served as an oncologist and researcher at the National Cancer Institute, where he split time between patient care as a physician and laboratory-based cancer research. Dr. Lutzker obtained a joint M.D./Ph.D. in biochemistry from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Following his residency and fellowship in internal medicine and oncology, Dr. Lutzker completed a post-doctoral research program studying the genetic drivers of cancer.
