Beth Erdman

Beth Erdman, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in healthcare technology and project management. Beth currently holds the position of Sr. Director Digital Health Operations at Ambry Genetics. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Clinic Operating Platform at Athletico from 2021 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Beth worked at Cook County Health, where they held various roles including IT Director Operations Services/ Director of Process Improvement and Clinical Applications Project Manager Consultant. Beth also worked as a Program Manager at Atos from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Beth worked at Xerox as a Project Manager and Senior Healthcare IT Consultant, and at the University of Illinois Medical Center as a Sr. Healthcare Practice Analyst and Healthcare Practice Analyst. Beth began their career as a Consultant at Cerner Corporation. Overall, Beth's experience spans a range of healthcare organizations and they have demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and clinical applications implementation.

Beth Erdman, MBA, PMP holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Beth also completed their undergraduate studies at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing between 2000 and 2004. In addition, they hold certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), obtained in 2012, and ITIL v3 Foundation from Loyalist Certification Services, obtained in 2011.
