Dean Hoffer

Dean Hoffer is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in data architecture, ETL pipelining, and bioinformatics. Currently employed at Ambry Genetics, Dean has led cross-organizational design reviews, focusing on addressing end-user requirements and legal compliance. Previous roles include positions at Aromyx Corporation, where Dean managed software deployments and developed machine learning models, and Anacaz, where a MongoDB SQL database was designed for clinical trial data ingestion. Additionally, Dean has a strong research background from Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. and Seagen, contributing to significant projects in T Cell Receptor discovery and antibody-drug conjugate mechanism characterization.
