Prior roles include coaching at Chicago Edge Soccer Club from August 2016 to April 2021 and at Galaxy Soccer Club from September 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, Matthew held the positions of Regional Director and Regional Assistant at Challenger Teamwear / Sports from February 2012 to April 2021. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 2006 and 2009.
