Astrid Engberg is currently the Image Test and Verification Lead at Ambu A/S, where they are responsible for image test activities of endoscopes. They completed a PhD at the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the quantification of retinal vasculature in OCTA images in collaboration with Glostrup Hospital. Previously, Astrid served as a Teaching Assistant at the Panum Institute and a Student Assistant at Rigshospitalet, gaining experience in image and statistical analysis. Astrid holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and the Technical University of Denmark, respectively.
