Benjamin Pape

Benjamin Pape has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Benjamin began their career as a Student Assistant at TP Musik Marked in 2003 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Deloitte as an Analyst in Corporate Finance (M&A) and worked there until 2013. Benjamin then joined Novo Nordisk as an intern and later as an Analyst in Novo Nordisk Consulting from 2014 to 2014. In 2015, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant and later took on the role of Associate from 2016 to 2017. Benjamin then joined 3Shape in 2017, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager in Strategy & Consulting before transitioning to the role of Senior Manager in New Business from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Benjamin works at Ambu A/S, starting as an Executive Management Director from 2019 to 2021, then becoming the Director of Global Product Management in Endoscopy Systems from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Senior Director in Portfolio Strategy & Endoscopy Systems starting from 2024.

Benjamin Pape completed their education with a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in 2012. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at the Texas McCombs School of Business, pursuing an MBA but without specifying the field of study. Subsequently, they obtained an MSc in Finance & Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School in 2014. Additionally, in 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Alliance Manchester Business School, focusing on their BSc degree.
