They have held senior leadership roles in transformation management, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering results for portfolio companies of private equity funds. Morten has specialized in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and performance improvement programs, and has worked with prestigious firms including McKinsey & Company and A.T. Kearney. Currently, Morten serves as the VP of Strategy and Transformation at Ambu A/S, while also pursuing a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
