Søren Langkilde

Søren Langkilde currently serves as Head of Global Aftersales and CMO at Ambu A/S since August 2023, focusing on service as a business, aftersales, and service management. Prior to Ambu, Søren held the position of Vice President and Head of Global Service Operation at Nilfisk, where responsibilities included managing a global field service organization with over 600 FTEs while overseeing financial performance and customer satisfaction. Previous roles encompass leadership positions at Agilent Technologies, Mobylife, HTC, Hewlett Packard, and Servisair, with a strong emphasis on service operations, customer care, and resource coordination both regionally and globally. Søren completed a degree in Market Economics from Copenhagen Business School and has a background in managing technical teams, customer service operations, and strategic initiatives throughout a diverse range of industries.
