UM Je is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager for South Korea at Ambu A/S since January 2017, UM Je focuses on anesthesiology, pulmonology, ICU, and ER, managing exclusive distributors, local dealers, and relationships with key opinion leaders, while overseeing medical device regulatory affairs and NHIS reimbursement processes. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager of Market Access, Brand Marketing Manager for Neurosurgery at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, and Product Specialist in Diabetes for Eli Lilly and Company. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Medical Engineering from Yonsei University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Information Design and Management from Kyung Hee University.
