Susannah Pinch

Susannah Pinch has over 25 years of work experience. Susannah began their career at Aircast LLC in 1993 as a Customer Service Distribution Coordinator. In 2006, they moved to Signs Now Richmond, where they served as Office Manager. In 2008, Susannah started working for Synerfac Technical Staffing as a Technical Recruiter, and also began working for AMC Technology, where they held the roles of Customer Service Representative III, Front Office Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, and Customer Success Specialist. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager for AMC Technology.

Susannah Pinch currently holds a BFA in Interior Design from Longwood University and has recently completed Contact Center Training (CCSL) from The Call Center School in September 2020. Susannah is also currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce.
