They have held various leadership roles, including Chief Engineer at Lebow Aerospace and Vice President of Engineering at RTC Aerospace, where they led teams in tackling complex aerospace challenges. Quenton's extensive background encompasses engineering, business development, and operations across multiple continents. Currently, Quenton serves as the General Manager at AMCA, continuing their commitment to cultivating talent and maintaining high engineering standards. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
