AMCA (Academic and Medical Conference Agency) was founded in 2005 with the goal of providing comprehensive services in the organization of scientific conferences and corporate and cultural events. Our team is made up of professionals with many years of experience in this field.
Since its inception the company is annually successfully organising dozens of national and international medical  and other scientific conferences, as well as corporate events and classical music concerts. Besides its own organisational activities, AMCA also offers services related to association management.
 
In organizing congresses and other events, we cooperate with leading artists, professional interpreters, congress technology providers and renowned travel and transport agencies. We have at our disposal a well-developed congress system which allows not only for the direct connection to payment and registration forms, the automatic generation of documents, hotel vouchers, or any other comprehensive data exports, but also the possibility of submitting abstracts, full texts of lectures, their evaluation, etc. Essentially the participants and the program or organizing committee will have all the useful tools available to them to help simplify and quicken any type of work. These resources are available in both the Czech and English languages.
