Travis Tanner is an experienced strategic leader and trusted advisor with over 25 years in Chinese political, commercial, economic, and social issues and U.S.-China relations. They have held significant roles, including Deputy Director at the Center for the National Interest and Director of the Pyle Center for Northeast Asian Studies at The National Bureau of Asian Research. Currently, Tanner serves as Executive Director for China at PhRMA and Vice Chair at the American Chamber of Commerce in China. Tanner holds a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Chinese Studies.
