Stephen Gray

Stephen Gray is a results-driven General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer with an extensive background in legal and compliance matters within public and private companies. They began their career as an Associate at Pacheco & Lugo LLP and progressed to senior roles, including Senior Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski and General Counsel at LaBranche & Co., where they handled complex M&A transactions and implemented corporate governance infrastructures. As the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Front Yard Residential Corporation, they played a key role in strategic transactions and developing compliance structures. Currently, Stephen serves as the General Counsel at Apartment Management Consultants while also providing strategic legal consulting services through Gray GC Services. They hold a JD in Corporate Concentration from Widener University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
