•2015 – TCC Materials purchased the assets of the former Dakota Block Company in Rapid City, South Dakota
  
•2016 – TCC Materials purchased the St. Cloud, Minnesota and St. Joseph, Minnesota block & precast manufacturing facilities from Amcon Block & Precast
  
•2016 – Amcon Concrete Products, LLC was established
  
•2017 – Amcon Concrete Products, LLC acquired the former North Star Stone and Masonry block plant in Medford, Minnesota
  
•2017 – Amcon Concrete Products, LLC acquired two former Concrete Materials manufacturing facilities in Harrisburg, South Dakota and Worthington, Minnesota.
  
•Today, Amcon Concrete Products, LLC supplies a wide range of quality block and architectural CMU products to projects across the upper Midwest.
