Alexandre Lachas

Alexandre Lachas possesses extensive experience in operations management and plant leadership within various sectors, particularly in the manufacturing and subsea industries. Key roles include Plant Manager positions at Emerson and Technip, where significant achievements include the successful start-up of a flexible pipe manufacturing plant and the certification of operational systems. Lachas has also served as Deputy Production Director and Operations Manager at Technip, focusing on project management and production organization improvements. In the more recent role as Regional OpEx Director at Berry Global, Lachas defined and deployed an Operational Excellence strategy across multiple sites. Lachas holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ENSAM, France, and has further developed leadership skills by leading professional clubs and initiatives. Currently, Lachas is the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement for Amcor's Rigid Packaging International division.
