Andrew Black is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and development, having served as the Director of Talent and Development at Amcor from January 2017 to February 2023. In this role, Andrew led initiatives that supported business growth through effective talent management and employee engagement. Prior to that, as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Amcor, Andrew executed a global talent acquisition vision and provided resources to support local leaders.
