Andy Gibson

Andy Gibson is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Director at Amcor since September 2021, Andy oversees nine Snacks & Confectionary factories in the AF EMEA region. Prior to this role, Andy held several key positions at Henkel, including VP Production for Laundry & Homecare in North America, where responsibility encompassed four factories. Additionally, Andy worked at FrieslandCampina as Director of International Production Steering for Laundry & Home Care and Manufacturing Director for both the Ambient and Food Service clusters. Earlier career experiences were at Tetra Pak, where Andy excelled in various supply chain and factory management roles across multiple regions.
