Bert de Schoenmaker

Bert De Schoenmaker possesses extensive experience in the field of material science and engineering. Currently serving as Core R&D Manager and formerly as Product Development Engineer at Amcor since November 2013, Bert has contributed significantly to advancements in research and development. Prior to this role, Bert co-founded Nanobranes and worked there from December 2012 to April 2015. Bert's academic background includes a Doctorate in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering and Material Science, as well as a Master of Engineering in the same field, both obtained from Ghent University. Additionally, Bert was involved with Ghent University from September 2008 to October 2013 as an assistant and doctoral student, further enriching expertise in material science.
