They served as Director of Operations at Sealed Air Corporation from 2007 to 2015, where they improved safety results and enhanced quality control processes. Since 2017, they have held the position of Director of Operations at Alpha Packaging, overseeing multiple sites and championing safety initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Altor Solutions, and they will assume the role of Plant General Manager at Amcor in 2025.
