Charles Newel has extensive experience in IT support and engineering, having held multiple positions across prominent companies. Beginning with Apple as an FRS in 2011, Charles later worked at RPC Group Plc from July 2016 to July 2019 as a Senior Support Engineer. Subsequently, a role as Senior Support Engineer and Office 365 Supervisor for Europe was undertaken at Berry Global, Inc. from July 2019 to January 2021. In October 2025, Charles served as Senior Manager, M365 & SharePoint and O365 Service and Delivery Manager for Amcor. Prior to this, Charles was an IT Support Manager at Avendita from December 2015 to June 2016. Charles holds a Certificate in Adventure Tourism with Distinction from the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
