Clare Saunders

Clare Saunders is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across the industry. Currently serving as L&D Manager at Amcor since September 2022, Clare previously held significant positions at Accord Healthcare, including Senior Director of Learning, Development and Resourcing EMENA, and Head of Learning, Development and Resourcing from February 2017 to September 2022. Earlier career experiences include Learning & Development Manager at Actavis (now Allergan) and Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Make UK, along with a role as Training Director at gofastforward. Clare holds a Master of Science in Management Development and Organisational Change from the University of Bristol and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of the West of England.
