Eric Welch

Eric Welch is currently a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer III at Amcor, a position they have held since 2023. From 2019 to 2023, Eric served as a Senior Process Engineer at Amcor, where they focused on enhancing manufacturing processes. Prior to their time at Amcor, Eric worked as a Process Engineer at Bemis Company, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where they improved machine reliability and increased product output through operator training and preventative maintenance programs. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
