Erik Roys is the Senior Manager of Reliability for Amcor Rigid Packaging North America, a position held since 2023. With over 20 years of maintenance experience, Erik previously served as the Maintenance Manager at Amcor Rigid Packaging from 2013 to 2023, where they managed the injection, blowmold, and downstream maintenance areas at the Ames plant. Prior to that, Erik was the Maintenance Lead at Ball Plastics from 2001 to 2013. Growing up and working on a farm, Erik has always been adept at fixing and maintaining machines.
