Flora Tan

Flora Tan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Development and Global HR at VAT Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include shaping and implementing global Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management strategies with a focus on leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
