With over 13 years as UK Director and Plant Manager at EnerSys UK Ltd, Huw managed P&L responsibilities and achieved significant turnover increases. Huw is recognized for expertise in deploying LEAN, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies, along with strong commercial acumen and ERP knowledge.
