India Boddy currently serves as the Global Talent & Development Director at Amcor since July 2025. Prior to this role, India held various positions at Berry Global, Inc., including Talent Development & Employee Experience Director and People Development & Culture Partner for the CPI Division, where strategic processes were implemented to enhance workforce performance and inclusivity. India also led HR for the Barcelona regional head office and supported internal communication for the HHS EMEIA division. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Assistant and Personal Assistant at CINESA, Executive Assistant at THR Innovative Tourism Advisors, and Reservations Agent at Avis Budget Group EMEA. India holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and completed a 120-hour TEFL course at OxbridgeTEFL.
