James Pearce has extensive experience in the plastics industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Since July 1997, James has served as the Platform Leader for Injection Blow Molding and Tooling/Molds at Amcor Rigid Plastics, where responsibilities include developing technical and operational strategies, establishing engineering standards, and optimizing vendor selection for the IBM platform technology.
