Karl Dibble

Karl Dibble has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager and OHSE Director at Amcor since September 2008. In this role, Karl oversees health, safety, and environmental practices across 40 plants in 8 countries, focusing on injury reduction and risk management. Previously, Karl held various positions including National OHSE Manager for Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific in New Zealand and HSE Advisor/Coordinator. Prior work experience includes managerial and support roles in the timber and retail industries, along with foundational experience as a health and safety representative since the early 1990s. Karl holds a degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the Employers and Manufacturers Association and has received training in various safety protocols and systems throughout a diverse career.
