Kevin Staner is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and TWI trainer with extensive experience in improving operational quality and culture in manufacturing settings. From 2005 to 2009, Kevin served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Rio Tinto Alcan, leading training efforts for over 350 individuals and implementing best practices across 12 plants. At Bemis Global Healthcare, Kevin held positions as Sr. BPI Manager and Director of Quality, driving business process improvements and mentoring candidates in quality and operational excellence. Currently, Kevin works at Amcor as the Director of Quality and previously as Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Iowa State University.
