Kimberly H. has extensive experience in the materials and recycling industry, currently serving as the Director of Material Optimization at Amcor since April 2025. Previously, Kimberly held multiple roles at Berry Global, Inc., including Scrap and Recycled Resin Manager, Integration Manager, Business Analyst, and Contracts Manager, as well as Director of Material Optimization. Kimberly began their career in customer service at Clariant from October 1996 to October 1999. Kimberly's educational background includes studies at the University of Southern Indiana and Oakland City University.
