Lindsey Barbee has extensive experience in sales management and strategic development across multiple industries, including packaging and paper manufacturing. Currently serving as Co-lead for the Development Pillar of Women Impacting Now (WIN) at Amcor, Lindsey focuses on championing and mentoring initiatives while fostering networking opportunities. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Global Key Accounts at AR Metallizing, where responsibility encompassed new product development and CRM training, and Director of Specialty Paper at Catalyst Paper, leading sales and go-to-market strategies. Lindsey's career began at NewPage Corporation, progressing through positions such as Commercial Print Sales Manager and Senior Pricing Analyst, showcasing a strong background in sales, product promotion, and market development. Lindsey holds an MBA in Executive Management and a BA in Professional Sales & Marketing from The University of Toledo.
