Lisa Rambol

Lisa Rambol is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Amcor since November 2019. In addition to this role, Lisa has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Graduate School of Management at Marquette University since January 2016, focusing on Human Resources Strategy. Previous positions include Global HR Director at Rexnord from January 2015 to November 2019, Human Capital Partner at UnitedHealthcare from January 2010 to January 2015, and HR Director at Greatbatch from January 2005 to January 2010. Lisa holds a B.S. in Human Development from North Dakota State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
