Lori Faubion

Lori Faubion is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various manufacturing facilities. At Amcor, from January 2016 to February 2021, Lori served as Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included partnering with Operations leaders to facilitate organizational change and aligning HR resources with business objectives. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources, Lori developed and implemented HR strategies to support organizational goals. Earlier in her career at Berry Global, from August 2001 to December 2015, Lori held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources for the Flexible Packaging Division and Corporate Human Resources Manager, focusing on strategic HR initiatives. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Oakland City University.
