Luis Philipps

Luis Philipps currently serves as the Latin America Corporate Supply Chain Director at Amcor, overseeing the planning, logistics, and customer service strategy for a supply chain integration involving six countries and nineteen plants, with sales totaling USD 850 million. Previously at 3M, Luis held various leadership positions, including the Latin America Integrated Business Planning Supply Leader, where responsibility included a USD 2 billion sales portfolio and the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning process for the region. Luis's extensive experience in supply chain and logistics includes managing teams of over 200 people and supervising multiple functions such as demand planning and distribution across the Andean region. Luis holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
