Marcel Oonk

Marcel Oonk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical and operational management. Currently serving as Manager Technical Service at Amcor since December 2023, Marcel previously held the position of Operational Director at Nijhuis Ozone Solutions BV, where responsibilities included the operational and commercial management of ozone installations. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Checkpoint Systems - ALS, where Marcel contributed to the development of RF and RFID labelling products, and Technical Sales Service & Marketing Manager at Loparex, focusing on product promotion and technical improvements. With a background in R&D as a manager at Lawson Mardon Boxal BV and experience in process engineering and product development throughout various roles, Marcel possesses a strong foundation in chemical technology, supported by a Master’s degree from the University of Twente. Additionally, Marcel served as a Lieutenant during military duty, demonstrating leadership and discipline.
