Mike Gibler

Mike Gibler has extensive experience in engineering and management, beginning with a role as a Maintenance Team Member at Premier Support Services Group from February 2007 to December 2008. Mike transitioned to B and D Independence as a Design Engineer from December 2008 to July 2013, focusing on product design and prototyping. Following this, Mike held multiple positions at Berry Global, Inc. between January 2014 and April 2019, including Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, Application Engineering Manager, Mechanical Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer, overseeing project management and designing automated machines. Currently, Mike serves as the Application Engineering Manager at Amcor since June 2025. Mike holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist and Industrial Studies from Wabash Valley Community College earned from 2007 to 2009.
