Peter Chen

Peter Chen is a leader in R&D, innovation, and sustainability with extensive experience in project portfolio management. They held various positions at Amcor, including R&D Manager and Senior R&D Manager, from 2016 to 2024. Prior to that, Peter worked at Bemis Company, Inc. as an R&D Engineer/Supervisor, where they contributed to product quality improvements and new packaging innovations. Currently, Peter is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Iowa State University, building on their earlier academic achievements, including a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
