Richard Lalone

Richard Lalone has a diverse background in inventory control and lean manufacturing, with experience as an Inventory Control Supervisor and Maintenance Technician in the United States Air Force from April 2014 to April 2017. Lalone progressed to roles such as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing training and resource allocation. In the manufacturing sector, Lalone served as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Berry Global, Inc. from September 2022 to May 2025, and currently holds the same position at Amcor since May 2025. Responsibilities include empowering employees through lean workshops, coaching on lean principles, managing projects, and documenting procedural changes.
